We also source going concern Owner Occupied mortgages as well as cash flow solutions in the form of ABL's, Invoice Finance and Asset Finance.

Now fully remote we have colleagues in Cambridge, Oxford, London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent & Surrey.  Together we share over 80 years experience working in senior roles at Commercial Banks in the City and West End of London so we have long standing relationships with senior level bankers.

We regularly help other finance brokers with their more complex cases.

We do not use AI Lender sourcing tools as these simply provide publicly available information which we consider to be largely inaccurate for specialist finance as each deal is unique.  Quoting a client broad appetite indicatives from AI tools is often floored so we pride ourselves on bringing vast sector knowledge and relationships to take clients through the lending cycle, providing lender connectivity at senior levels, which often brings with it preferential rates and terms, as well as underwriting intelligence and the ability to propose informed solutions to lenders and their underwriters and solicitors  when problems occur.
