Carbon Cambridge are experts in structuring and arranging bespoke Commercial Finance Solutions for portfolio landlords, professional property developers and trading businesses.


Our core offering is sourcing Property Finance, be it investment, development or bridging and we have vast experience across the sector to deal with all types of complex company structures both on and offshore.


We also help source going concern Owner Occupied mortgages as well as cash flow solutions in the form of ABL's, Invoice Finance and Asset Finance facilities.


We are now a fully remote working team with colleagues based in Cambridge, Oxford, London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent & Surrey.  Together we share over 80 years experience working in senior roles at Commercial Banks in the City and West End of London so we are very well connected which enables us to source very competitive terms and place some of the more challenging and complex opportunities that our competitors may struggle with.  This is why we also help a number of other finance brokers with their more complex cases.


We review each case and bespoke the best route on an individual basis as every borrowers needs are different.


Pivotal to our proposition is service, transparency and integrity and we deliver this through our 'client first' approach.
