Rudi Winslow
Managing Director
Rudi has vast experience in all sectors of Commercial Finance.
Most recently Rudi was a Business Development Manager in Lloyds Commercial Team in Central London where he managed Broker Relationships,
assessed and structured credit applications in the SME & Mid-Corp space.
Prior to this Rudi spent a combined 16 years at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Israel Discount Bank working in property and treasury roles.
Rudi specialises in all types of Property transactions as well as the Owner-Occupied Commercial Mortgage sector.
Rudi has built a very large network over many years in London and as a consequence has significantly wider reach than many commercial finance brokers.
Outside work Rudi is a keen sportsman, enjoying his time playing golf, cricket, tennis and running.
Stuart McKenzie-McIntyre
Business Development Manager
Stuart is a very experienced international banker having worked in the City and overseas for the last 35 years.
Stuart led the property finance team, and sat on the credit committees, of a number of Middle Eastern banks. He has provided finance for assets from a single residential unit to a group of 127 European hotels, and even the purchase of an island.
Stuart arranged finance for transactions that ranged from a few hundred thousand, to a few hundred million.
He is very well connected, and knows a significant number of people who sit at board level of funders.
Outside work Stuart is a keen photographer, having had images used by the National Trust and Ordnance Survey amongst others.
Adrian Carey
Director
Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Finance and before joining Carbon Cambridge Adrian worked with Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland and Metro Bank. In that time he has built up an extensive knowledge in all areas of Real Estate Finance including Residential Investment and Development as well working with owner managers of SME businesses providing Commercial Mortgages and Cash Flow Solutions.
Adrian enjoys working closely with intermediaries and business owners alike and is passionate about building strong, trusted relationships.
When he is not at work Adrian enjoys football and for the last 4 years he has been running a Children's football team in a local league.
